Small as perusal with these hotelsgood location not to far-ish the train station (it’s still a walk to the station underground)

The room still smelled of smoke with the ac on. It would come and go but it would give me such a bad headache.The room was kind of dirty in certain areas.They have the washer and dryer in the public bath (strange spot to have it) Only one in the women and one in the men’s. Which made it a hassle when multiple people wanted to use it. Ended up going to a laundromat 10 minutes away instead.

I arrived hours before I could check-in. One of the staff members noticed me and assisted me right away without any hesitation. I was able to drop off my luggage before I had to rush to an engagement. After work, I came back to the hotel to get my luggage and check-in. The check-in process was very smooth and quick, took me less than 5 minutes to get my card key. The room was clean and comfortable. I like this particular location because there are many restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores nearby. The nearest subway station is also just a five-minute walk away. The check-out process was also very smooth, taking less than two minutes.

There was nothing I did not like about my stay. However, I think the check-in machines could indicate which information is required because initially I could not check-in because I did not input my complete home address. I think that was just a very minor and small inconvenience. Keep up the good work!

Up to the standard of most APA hotels. Room and bedding were clean, wifi was fast, and lots of amenities for relaxation! Location was very close to the Yodoyabashi station of the Midosuji line. Mattress was comfy but sinks in where people lay lol. Lots of restaurants in the area and fast access to Namba/Dotonburi.

We got the king sized room and it seems the room wasn't used for a bit because the shampoo, conditioner, body wash push bottles were half empty with condensation and a lot of crusted product on the spouts. The drain of our shower must have been blocked because by 2 minutes into your shower, the tub was beginning to fill and the water level was over our feet. The "laundromat" at this hotel was just one small washer and dryer inside the change room of the onsen and the machine through google translate said, "no detergent needed, detergent will come out automatically through the cycle", but there were no suds and when I took out the clothes from the washer to put in the dryer, it honestly smelled the same as when I put it in...just wet. We got the hotel breakfast buffet included rate but honestly, the breakfast selection was very sad and it was almost all empty two times we went. We got there at 8:45 a.m., when it closes at 10 a.m. and the 45 minutes we were there, they only refilled the croissants to a total of 3 croissants and 4 small rolls. I wish I got pictures of how it looked...the bacon looked steamed, the salad bar had 3 pieces of ham left and empty plates of what might have been potato salad and a mixed salad, the rolled omelette was cold, no fruit, the side dishes were empty, the miso soup was not even warm, and they finally refilled the scrambled eggs by the time we were leaving. I felt bad for people who came in and paid 2,000 Yen for that "buffet".

Great location, I was solo travelling and got upgraded to a double room, there was just about enough space for me but definitely wouldn't fit 4 people as the rooms are on the smaller side.

The bathroom was compact, I'm not a fan of shower curtains and this one smelt bad! The breakfast was poor as i follow a vegetarian/vegan diet and there wasnt anything suitable for me. I was near the lift and I could hear the lift all night. Additionally, my room didnt have a view! I opened my curtain to a brick wall! That didnt bother me much though!

Location is excellent- easy to walk places and metro station down the road. Also 7-11 across the street and a few bars and eateries a stones throw away.

It’s a double bed, but felt small, worked for two of us but did feel a little snug.

The location is really great and near a subway. The room was fine with all you need. Bathroom was fine, each day clean towels was nice. Checkout was really fast thanks to automatic checkout if you don't need to pay something extra. If you plan to just sleep at hotel and travel during day it was great. There is also 7/11 across the street ( like 10m away) if you like. Charger / controls next to bed ( sadly just usb-A , but its still fine ).

Only downside was that the mattress was worn out in one spot a little. For some people maybe central AC, but the temperature was okay for me.

I havent seen in my all life a smaller room than this one. You can barely move two persons when you are inside the room and with your luggage around you. Moreover, the bed is a single bed in which it is supposed that two persons should sleep. This hotel should be denied to provide accomodations to humans. Maybe sheeps would feel more comfortable.

Great value for money. Respectable location

Bit disappointed we weren’t allowed to use the onsens due to having tattoos even though we were Westerners that can get them covered.

The room was small, but nice and clean, with a comfortable bed. There is a small public bath with sauna and washing machines. The staff is kind and helpful.

We found the location quite inconvenient as there is nothing really interesting or much to do in the area, but the metro station was not too far, so it was ok.

I stay for 2 night, the hotel very comfort. Near from resto, office and public transportation.

Our bed was sloped on an angle because it had been „used“ out too much we assume. Breakfast restaurant was a bit rustic, but shad everything you wanted.

The APA hotels are located in great spots, this one had an Onsen which was nice. The rooms are very small and we found the bed to be even smaller than the last APA. Pillows awful, ice machine broken. Positive was the staff are nice.

The pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable, the beds very small. Overall not a very good night rest.

1. Very close to the station - only a few minutes walk away! Has both the Midosuji Line for easy access between Osaka/Umeda station and Tennoji station AND also the Keihan Main Line to go to Kyoto! 2. Indoor and Outdoor onsen with great water temperature! Also includes private shower in the room as well.3. House keeping puts a bag containing new towel and yukata on the door handle

The hot bath at the basement. I bathe there everyday, almost not using the shower in my room anymore. It's open until 1AM. It's the most desired thing why i book in this hotel. The location is also good -- in the middle between Dotonburi and Umeda. There's also a 711 right infront of the hotel, so convenient for late night snack.
